Cancellation/No show policy

There will be a $50 FEE if you don't call to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.

Surgery deposit policy

When booking surgery, a $50 deposit will be taken at that time to hold your spot. If for any reason you do not show or cancel same day, it will not be refundable.

New client deposit policy

First time clients booking an appointment will need to leave a deposit of $90 to cover the exam fee. It will hold your spot. If for any reason you no show or cancel same day it will not be refundable.

Boarding policy

Boarding service will only will be offered to current patients that are up to date on annual exams.

Surgery/Dental cancellation policy

NEW POLICY as of 1/1/24: There will be a $50 FEE if you don't call to cancel a surgery or feline dental procedure appointments 48 hours in advance. Your no-show deprives another animal of a time slot for their necessary procedure.

RHDV2 Vaccine policy

Must be a current patient up to date on wellness exam. The office will call you for deposit one week before your scheduled appointment. For appointments, click here.
